For dental schools
Teach the clinic of the next ten years.
Students will graduate into practices where AI listens, drafts and explains. VoixDent gives faculties a safe way to teach that workflow today — with the clinician always in charge.

Four habits, practised early.
VoixDent is a documentation tool, not a curriculum. This is what a teacher can do with it inside a course that already exists.
Documentation, taught by doing
Students record a mock visit and review how the note is structured: chief concern, findings, plan.
Feedback in minutes
Compare the student's own note with the AI draft and discuss what was missed or over-stated.
Explain it to the patient
Practise turning clinical findings into a plain-language summary in the patient's own language.
Safe by design
Test data, role-based access, an audit trail and EU hosting.

Open lecture
What we covered at WBU
In March 2026 our co-founder Nikolin Ngjela gave an open lecture on artificial intelligence in dentistry to students and staff at Western Balkans University. These are the four topics the room spent the most time on.
01
Workflow automation
Scheduling, reminders and confirmations handled by software, so staff time goes to patients instead of phones.
02
Voice-to-note clinical scribes
The visit is spoken the way it always is. The note comes out structured: chief concern, findings, diagnosis, plan.
03
Follow-up and multilingual communication
Post-operative check-ins that do not depend on someone remembering to call, written in the patient's own language.
04
Radiographs as a second opinion
Imaging models that flag what a quick review might miss. The dentist still reads the film and makes the call.
Built to be examined, not just used.
1
A teaching workflow, not a black box
Every AI draft is marked Draft until a clinician approves it. Students see the full transcript next to the note, so the question in class is never “what did the AI do?” but “is this what was actually said?”
2
Patient communication as a skill
The patient report explains the visit in plain language, with a glossary for the clinical terms, in Albanian, Italian, French or English. Students practise saying it simply before a real patient is waiting for the answer.

Faculty pilot program
Start with one course.
We set up a small pilot with one teacher, watch how students actually use it, and adjust. No procurement process, no long contract.
Pilots for faculties are free during 2026.
- Free accounts for one course or one clinic rotation
- Test-patient mode, so no real patient data is needed
- An onboarding session for teaching staff
- A feedback loop into the product: what students find confusing, we fix

Questions faculties ask
Can students use it without real patient data?
Yes. Test-patient mode lets students record mock visits with invented patients, so nothing real enters the system.
Does it replace clinical teaching?
No. It is a documentation and communication tool the teacher uses inside existing courses. The clinical teaching stays with the faculty.
Which languages are supported?
The interface is available in English, Albanian, Italian and French. Speech recognition is tuned for Albanian dental terms.
Where is data stored?
In the EU.
What does a pilot cost?
Pilots for faculties are free during 2026.
Bring the workflow into the classroom.
A short call, then a pilot sized to one course.
